Healthy Apple Crisp [Recipe]
Enjoy this healthy apple crisp recipe that is super simple and can be easily made plant based!
Ingredients
4 medium apples sliced
3 cups quick oats
1 cup honey
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans cinnamon powder
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F
Arrange apples in a greased glass pan (I use coconut oil) sprinkle apples with cinnamon powder.
Combine oats, honey, flour, coconut oil, shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
Sprinkle mixture over apples.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes
