Kelowna's Healthy Hearty Oatmeal [Recipe]

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats 

  • 1 Cup Water

  • Pinch Sea Salt 

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Hemp Hearts

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Almond Butter

  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Wolfberries

  • Handful Walnuts

  • Maple Syrup to taste

  • Almond Milk

In a pan bring oats, water, salt and cinnamon to a boil then simmer 10 minutes. Place oatmeal in a bowl, stir in the coconut oil, hemp hearts and almond butter then top off with the remaining ingredients! Enjoy ️
