Kelowna's Healthy Hearty Oatmeal [Recipe]
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Water
Pinch Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Raw Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons Dried Wolfberries
Handful Walnuts
Maple Syrup to taste
Almond Milk
In a pan bring oats, water, salt and cinnamon to a boil then simmer 10 minutes. Place oatmeal in a bowl, stir in the coconut oil, hemp hearts and almond butter then top off with the remaining ingredients! Enjoy ️
