Who likes oatmeal pancakes πŸ₯ž?!

I do!! πŸ™Œ They are a healthy, hearty, filling and satisfying breakfast that everyone in our family loves!

I usually just throw everything together in the blender without measuring and they usually come out amazing, but I actually measured this time so I could share with you! πŸ˜‰

Here’s my favorite simple homemade Oatmeal Pancake recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup spelt flour

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 1/4 cups milk (I use soy, almond, or rice)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a @vitamix or whatever type of blender you use!

  2. Pour into a greased pan, I use @miyokoscreamery vegan butter and it works amazingly well! (If the batter starts to get too thick after you have poured a few batches, just add a little more milk or water and mix with a whisk or blend lightly.)

  3. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  4. Top with @miyokoscreamery, maple syrup and fresh or warm organic berries. 🫐
