Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe
Who likes oatmeal pancakes π₯?!
I do!! π They are a healthy, hearty, filling and satisfying breakfast that everyone in our family loves!
I usually just throw everything together in the blender without measuring and they usually come out amazing, but I actually measured this time so I could share with you! π
Hereβs my favorite simple homemade Oatmeal Pancake recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup spelt flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
2 1/4 cups milk (I use soy, almond, or rice)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a @vitamix or whatever type of blender you use!
Pour into a greased pan, I use @miyokoscreamery vegan butter and it works amazingly well! (If the batter starts to get too thick after you have poured a few batches, just add a little more milk or water and mix with a whisk or blend lightly.)
Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Top with @miyokoscreamery, maple syrup and fresh or warm organic berries. π«
