Epic Fall Inspired Granola Recipe
This granola recipe is so yummy that I just eat it straight out of the jar as a snack! I also love it with our homemade almond milk and sliced peaches, nectarines, bananas or a handful of fresh organic berries!
Dry Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped almonds (or other nuts)
1 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
1 toothpick dip Cardamom Vitality essential oil (Young Living)
Wet Ingredients
3/4 c maple syrup
2/4 c safflower oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
Place wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk
Combine dry & wet ingredients
Place on an oiled baking sheet
Bake 30 minutes stirring occasionally
Remove and let sit for a few minutes to crisp up
