Best Vegan Banana Bread

When was the last time you made banana bread? Here’s a fun, easy and super healthy recipe for you to try that our family loves! ♥️

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 C Spelt Flour

  • 1/2 C Walnuts, chopped

  • 4 tsp Baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground OR a toothpick dip of @youngliving Nutmeg Vitality oil

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 C Banana, mashed

  • 1/2 C Maple syrup

  • 1/2 C Apple sauce

  • 1/2 C Date pieces

  • 1/4 C Safflower or Coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.

  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Pour into a well oiled 5 x 9 loaf pan and bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out dry.
