Best Vegan Banana Bread
When was the last time you made banana bread? Here’s a fun, easy and super healthy recipe for you to try that our family loves! ♥️
Dry Ingredients
2 C Spelt Flour
1/2 C Walnuts, chopped
4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground OR a toothpick dip of @youngliving Nutmeg Vitality oil
Wet Ingredients
1 C Banana, mashed
1/2 C Maple syrup
1/2 C Apple sauce
1/2 C Date pieces
1/4 C Safflower or Coconut oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a well oiled 5 x 9 loaf pan and bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out dry.
